Early morning drive to the Lake District. The Lake District is the
largest National Park in UK with breath-taking views of beautiful
open countryside, synonymous to the Lake-lands. On arrival visit
Buxton. Here see the ancient Roman spa’s, the National Opera
House. Later drive to the village of Castleton. (D)
This morning after breakfast, we drive through the magnificent
Lake District National Park in Cumbria, with its numerous
lakes and home to stunning views and woodlands be sure to
be mesmerised with the natural beauty that has recently been
named as a World Heritage Site. We travel to Windermere where
you can enjoy a tranquil boat cruise on the lake. Later enjoy a
ride on a steam train. We head to Grasmere - the home to the
famous poet "William Wordsworth". On arrival enjoy free time
to explore the village where you can view the oldest church in
Grasmere, walk around the Daffodil Gardens and also have an
opportunity to buy traditional ginger breads. (B, D)
STRATFORD-UPON-AVON - LONDON
After breakfast, we will drive to the picturesque and richly
historical town of Stratford-upon-Avon. We arrive in William
Shakespeare's hometown, you will be able to visit the
half-timbered house where the brilliant playwright was born!
You will be given free time to explore this beautiful town.
Later drive back to London and then it is time to bid farewell
to the group. (B)

LONDON - EXETER - TORQUAY
Join the tour early morning from your pick up point, and begin
to head southwest towards Devon. Devon encompasses sandy
beaches, fossil cliffs, medieval towns and moorland national parks.
Our first stop will be the ancient city of Exeter, here you can visit
the Norman Cathedral, the historic quay or the famous Exeter
Cathedral. We will then make our way to Torquay, nicknamed the
English Riviera, famous for its sandy beaches, family attractions
and genteel Victorian appearance. (D)
PENZANCE - LANDS' END - ST IVES
This morning we drive towards Cornwall, the first stop will be
Penzance, the most westerly major town in Cornwall. This is a
historic port on the south facing shores of Mount's Bay. You will
have time to explore this attractive market town. Next we depart
for Land's End - Britain's most south-westerly point and one of the
country's most famous landmarks. From the 200 foot high granite
cliffs that rise out of the Atlantic Ocean you can gaze across to the
Longships Lighthouse, the Isles of Scilly twenty eight miles away.
Our final stop will be St Ives, the dazzling jewel in Cornwall's
crown. A picturesque fishing harbour and seaside town. (B, D)
NEWQUAY - LONDON
After breakfast, we will head towards the North coast of Cornwall,
to visit Newquay, known for its sandy beaches. Here enjoy time
discovering the town centre, and strolling along the beautiful
beaches. You can also visit the Blue reef Aquarium. Later,
we depart for London and bid farewell to the group. (B)
